Hi I'm Sandy, named after
the hurricane I survived! I had a collar wrapped around my leg, and it
rubbed my skin raw and gave me a really bad open wound. I was left
behind when my family had to leave their house when the neighborhood
flooded. I was starving and lost a lot of weight and the collar became
too big for me, so I got my leg stuck in it. That's why it's so
important to put only break-away collars on your outdoor cats. Happy
